Commercial radio stations around the country have been featuring “Two for Tuesday” (two songs by each artist) for many years. Keeping with the alliteration concept, Hard Rock Daddy is going to be doing “Three for Thursday” each week, but with a little bit of a twist. Every Thursday, three hard rock songs with an underlying theme will be featured. Sometimes, the theme will be obvious, and sometimes, readers will be left to their own devices to figure out the theme of the week.
The “Three for Thursday” concept was inspired by hearing Three Days Grace, 3 Pill Morning and 3 Years Hollow on SiriusXM Octane on the same day. Future themes will not be as literal, and the bands will not always be so closely related. The hard rock songs going forward will span over 40 years of music, from the 70’s to today.
