This week’s Three For Thursday theme is…
RAINBOW CONNECTION. Nothing to do with Kermit the Frog. This Rainbow connection is about the singers. Joe Lynn Turner (Deep Purple), Ronnie James Dio (Black Sabbath) and Graham Bonnet (Alcatrazz) were all singers in Ritchie Blackmore’s Rainbow. This Three For Thursday was originally scheduled for last week to honor Ritchie Blackmore’s birthday (4/14), but it was changed to Boston-based bands to show support for those affected by the Boston Marathon attack.
